The active business we present to you is a successful engineering company in the field of turning and milling operations on modern CNC machines.

Initially created in a garage, it was soon forced to move to a workshop of 750 sq. m., which also eventually turned out to be too small and later the company expanded with additional workshops of 460 sq. m. and 325 sq. m., which were built on a plot of 4.500 sq. m. To ensure further growth, the company has the option to purchase an additional plot of 10.000 sq. m. in the neighborhood.
Services provided by the company include 3D milling, production of molds and prototypes in single and serial production, installation and repair servicees, as well as individual solutions. Customers are plant and mechanical engineering, automotive and packaging industry as well as medical technology. Customer feedback and -process analyses enable a valuable progression. The staff consists of 30 well trained people. In the tim beeing 45 apprentices has been led to successful completion of training. Staff turnover is around zero, what additionally indicates a healthy climate not only in relation to customers, but also within the company.
The fleet of 30 machines, including special tools, corresponds to the current market value of EUR 2,0 million. The company's turnover has averaged 2.7 million euros in recent years, with an EBIT margin of 950 thousand euros.
Thanks to a well-established second level of management, the sale can be made both to an investor who is ready to manage the company himself, as well as to an investor who does not plan to actively participate in the management.
The company's real estate can either be rented for EUR 150.000 per year, or additionally purchased for EUR 2,45 million.

The purchasing price for the company is EUR 3,5 million.
